The great outdoors that is LaCrosse

So i don't have anything really important to state. I just thought i'd relate seeing my first real wild skunk that wasn't road kill. It didn't smell either, so it must not have been very distressed as it was crossing the highway. At first i couldn't tell what it was as it was dark out and it only has a streak of white. I thought it was neat, because while i have smelled them on occasion on road trips (or at least what i have been told is skunk) i don't remember ever seeing one nature. I've also seen quite a few bald eagles this winter, so their population must be on the rise. Nothing like scenic drives from LaCrescent to LaCrosse to see some wildlife.
