Six more weeks of winter must be over

I saw my first groundhog in LaCrosse today! I don't know why that makes me so happy, but it does. Maybe becauseif they are coming out, there is no longer a doubt, winter must definately be gone. It was in the 70's today. The bugs have also decided that they can come out now too, as i ran near dusk and ended up getting a little extra protein. Oh well, i'll just have to start running mornings... or something. That's really all i have to report. There was a severe thunderstorm watch here tonight- but unfortunately i think we missed it. That's the trouble with living in a valley- all of the great storms skip over us.
